| Class Descriptions: Momma & Me: Parent/Child Class up to 2 1/2 Parent and child participate together. Fun and exercise are the focus of this class.. Pee Wee Stars: 2 1/2 up to 4 years Little ones will learn basic gymnastic skills and movement education on all the apparatus. Mini Stars: Beginners 4-6 years Students will learn basic gymnastic skills on all apparatus. Their goal is to learn a cartwheel and a bridge. Stars: Beginners 7 years and up Beginners will learn gymnastic skills on all apparatus. Their goal is to learn a cartwheel and a bridge. Mighty Stars: Advanced Beginner Students will learn gymnastic skills on all apparatus and must know how to do a cartwheel before entering this class. Must have had a previous gymnastics class. Blue Star: Intermediate This is a more advanced class. Students must be able to do a bridge kick-over on the floor before enrolling in this class. Gold Stars: Advanced Intermediate Students must be able to do a back handspring before enrolling in this class. Mighty Gents : Boys' Classes Boys will learn basic to advanced skills on all of the equipment. Tumble and Cheer Stars: Tumbling and Cheer Students will learn basic to advanced tumbling and cheerleading skills. Sports Acro An introductory class into acrobatic gymnastics, a combination of tumbling and stunts. |
