| Gym Rules Parents are welcome to stay and watch their child during class, but please NO coaching, and if being here is a distraction for the gymnast, please understand the gymnast is here to work on gymnastics. For safety reasons, only students are allowed in the gym area. Parents with pre-school students may come in the gym with their child if necessary. Parents, siblings and other visitors need to stay in the observation area. Gymnasts will enter and exit the gym area with their coach. Gymnasts are not allowed in the gym area without a coach. Students need to stay inside the facility until their parents arrive. No child will be allowed to leave without their parent or guardian. |
| TUITION Tuition is paid monthly and is due the first class of each month. Tuition must be paid by the second class of the month for your child to enter into their class. Accounts will be charged a late fee if tuition is paid after the 10th. Thank you for your cooperation. Please make checks payable to Northwest Gymnastics. Include your child's name and what the payment is for in the memo area of your check. This is critical to assure that your account is properly accredited. Please place payment in the tuition box on the counter at the gym. Tuition and registration are Non Refundable. |
| MISSED CLASSES AND MAKE-UPS Attendance is very important for each student to progress. If a class is missed, make ups will be held during open gym.Open gym is held 1 or 2 Fridays a month. Check monthly news for dates. WE DO NOT PRO-RATE MONTHLY TUITION!!! |
| Proper Clothing Gymnast must wear their hair pulled back. No one will be allowed into class until their hair is pulled back! This is necessary for safety reasons. Girls should wear a leotard. Boys should wear a T-shirt and shorts or sweat pants. No jean shorts are allowed. Please wear warm clothes in winter; sweats, etc. NO JEWELRY |
| HOLIDAYS The gym will be closed on the following holidays: October 31st, Thanksgiving Day and the 2 days following, December 22-January 2nd, Memorial Day and the following week, July 4th, the last week of August and Labor Day. |
